Session 1-
Bread and butter.. minute on, minute off!
Aim for 10-15 efforts 👍
Ensure a good warm up and aim for slightly faster than your 5k pace 😁
Session 2-
Pyramid Hills for anyone daft enough 😂
Select a short, medium & long distance (10, 20, 30 seconds for example)
3 short, 3 medium, 3 long, 3 medium & 3 short.. Or more of each if you are keen 👍
Nice jog down recoveries, keep that pace consistent and work hard on the long ones!
Warm up and cool down as always, I can't stress enough how important that bit is!
