Hello all,

It's that time of the week again.. Another dose of fun/hell 😂

Session 1-
10-15 x 1 minute fast, 1 minute slow!
Inspired to do this after seeing the elite New Balance team doing this at the weekend (on Instagram) 👍
Set the pace on how you are feeling on the day near to 5k pace. Keep it consistent throughout.

Session 2-
There's nothing in the world that could inspire this session apart from the fact it is such a valuable session 🥲
10-15min Kenyan hill reps!
The idea, as always, is to keep running for the duration while balancing the effort equally between the ups and downs. Choose your speed and effort to match the hill and remember not to set off too fast (🤮)
