We have 400s on the menu again this week!!
The aim is to do 10-12 at sub 5k pace working on improving our PBs or getting back to fitness!
(Any of our triathletes resting up for the weekend ahead can also join in and run the reps at target race pace to keep the legs fresh for the weekend)
6:10 on Tuesday for the pre-run brief with a 6:15 set off. 👍
