This week the Tuesday session will be-
2 x 1 mile followed by a quick round of 5 x 400 metres.
The recoveries for the mile reps will be a jog back around to the start of the rep and the 400s will be approximately 1 minute but the aim is to keep them snappy so if you feel recovered enough earlier set off again.
The paces should be 5k for the miles and quicker than 5k (speed work pace) for the 400s.
