We will keep it simple this week with a classic 12 x minute on, minute off session.
Bread and butter for athletes of all levels! The aim is just under your 5k pace building on good coordination between legs, arms and feet to ensure an efficient running form.
This will be my last session for around 3 weeks because we are driving out to Spain to the in-laws, but after a few discussions I will be leaving the training in everyone's capable hands to decide on the night what you all fancy doing. (That way I can spy and see what everyone really likes doing) haha
