Tomorrows speed session will be a classic set of reps down on the prom.
They are approximately 0.5 miles each and a little bit lumpy!
We will warm up with a jog down to the start and then run around 5-10 reps depending on how we all feel. The aim will be around 5k pace but they may be slower because of the route. This is a good strength and endurance building session suitable for everyone.
The recovery will be 1-2+ minutes or whenever you are ready to go again.
