Welcome aboard to our new starters this week 👍
This weeks Tuesday speed session will be 1k reps, with 2-3 mins recovery.
I'm away with work this week so just do the usual 15min warm up and the K rep route from the old peoples home (someone will explain the route if it's your first time)
After last week's session aim for 5 reps around 5k race pace!
Usual 6:15 set off from the centre & if you've got any questions give me a shout.
