Session 1 -
Broken tempo session or straight tempo 👌
3 x 10 minutes at tempo pace or 30 mins solid 😵
Aim to get those legs turning over but not at speed rep pace.. Something that could be described as comfortably hard.
(have a couple of minutes easier between if opting for broken tempo)
Rember not to stress about pace and concentrate on that consistent effort.. Especially if your route is hilly!
Session 2 -
Short sharp strengthener of 10-15 x 10 second all out hill sprints 💪 full effort and a nice walk back down!
Warm up & cool down is essential for these sessions, so don't short change yourself!
